Overview
Sai Roses Pty Ltd ACN 661 327 868 trading as Sip & Paint (referred to in these terms as “Sip & Paint”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) are committed to creating and maintaining a safe environment for all. When you attend any session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agree to be bound by and have had an opportunity to seek clarification on any aspects of these Terms.

Behaviour
All attendees agree to display, promote, and encourage safe and respectful behaviour towards each other, our staff, Third Party Entertainment (if there’s any) and visitors.
This includes:

1.    Being polite, kind, and courteous to others; 
2.    Using inclusive, respectful language;  
3.    Respect the privacy of others; 
4.    Respecting the personal space of others;
5.    Respecting the property of Sip & Paint ; 
6.    Listening to our instructions if there is any and not hinder the experience for others; and
7.    Respecting the limit of alcohol consumption.

Any guest using rude, offensive, obscene, threatening, or profane language, nudity, touching or making inappropriate physical gestures, prior to or during a studio session will be refused entry to, or asked to leave the studio as determined at the sole discretion of Sip & Paint’s staff. 

 

Photography & Videography

Sip & Paint
You acknowledge that we may take photographs and videography of the sessions, which may record images of you at the session.  By booking and attending a session, you expressly and impliedly authorise and permit us to use any recordings we make, which may include images of you, for the promotion and advertising of our business.  You agree that all recordings of any nature shall become our property and we may use the recordings for promotional and advertising purposes for our benefit at our sole discretion.  You also agree that we may modify the recordings as we see fit.

Additionally, consent may be withdrawn at any time and whilst Sip & Paint will retain the ownership of this media, any request from a guest to remove their images will be done so as soon as reasonably practical (but by no later than 2 business days from the date of the request).

If you do not wish for us to record your image, we ask that you notify us no later than at the starting time of the session.

We ask that any requests for removal of photos be sent via email at info@sipnpaint.com.au with the subject line ‘Removal of Photo ’.
 

No images are to be captured of minors, unless permission is granted by the parent or guardian.

 

Attendees 
Guests are permitted to take photos or videos during their classes providing they agree to the following:

•    photographs/videos only feature them / their group only;  
•    photographs/videos should not be taken if disruptive to the class; and
•    Staff are asked if they consent to be included in photos and have the right not to be photographed/filmed if they request.

Please note that filming of large portions or entire classes are not permitted. If any such video is found on any social media platform, you will be asked to take it down. We reserve the right to inspect, stop or delete any images/video material if we suspect inappropriate photography and escalate the matter to appropriate authorities if necessary.  
We are glad that you want to share how much fun you had in our session, but we took a long time to set up our guide and steps for the session and we do not wish anyone to copy them if they intend to.

 

Inappropriate photography or videos taken by a guest will result in immediate ejection from the class.

Settings

Surveillance
For safety and security reasons, please note that recorded video surveillance and silent alarms may be in use.
Cleaning  
Studios and equipment are regularly cleaned and/or sanitised between classes (as applicable). Please notify our us if you see anything that requires our attention.  
What to wear 
Due to the nature of the activity, we ask that all guests wear comfortable, appropriate clothing for the events. We appreciate clothing not featuring any profanity or insensitive slogans or statements.  Whilst we provide protective aprons, Sip & Paint does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages incurred to clothing or personal items. 
What to bring
Please bring minimal accessories, due to limited space. We are unable to provide lockers for your valuables. We do not accept responsibility for any losses or damages incurred to clothing or personal items. 
Smoking (including e cigarettes / vaping)
Our studio is strictly smoke-free (including e-cigarettes or vaping) and smoking is not permitted.

Medical Attention
If you require medical attention at any time during the session, you acknowledge that we will share the relevant information provided by you on your Booking Registration with emergency response or paramedic personnel. You will be solely responsible for any costs associated with said treatment. We recommend that you maintain appropriate insurance for your participation in any event.

 

You understand and accept that any food you consume during the session, we shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise. 
 

Emergency
In the event of an emergency, please follow all directions of Sip & Paint staff. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with our Emergency Exits (which are clearly labeled and free of obstruction) should an evacuation be required.  
 

Alcohol
Unless otherwise advertised, our sessions are for over 18 guests. Whilst a liquor licence is not required to operate a BYO venue (Liquor Act 2007), we take precautions to operate responsibly in our studio. We observe the following:
•    refusing entry to intoxicated guests;
•    asking intoxicated guests to leave the studio;
•    providing drinking water;
•    encouraging responsible alcohol consumption to all guests, including asking guests to stop consuming alcohol;
•    following Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols.

The beverages accepted as the only BYO options are;
•    Beer;
•    Wine;
•    Cider;
•    Premixed sealed beverages.

The consumption of shots or straight liquor is strictly not permitted in Sip & Paint’s studio, including bringing separate products to mix in-studio.

It is illegal for any person to supply liquor to a minor or permit a minor to drink liquor in a BYO venue. Fines and or other penalties may also apply to the individuals and to the venue as governed by applicable laws and local authorities.

Our Rights
Sip & Paint reserve the right to refuse guests’ entry to the premises on a temporary or permanent basis. We can also request guests leave the premises without a refund or compensation, should they breach any of these Conditions of Entry. 

WE reserve the right to change and/or modify all or any part of our terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy policy at any time without notice to you.
