Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: A request to cancel seats shall be considered as a request to reschedule seats. You will need to choose your next most convenient session date that is available, or we can provide a credit towards a future booking (minus the rebooking fee). Credit Vouchers: Credit vouchers may be used to book into any upcoming session within the next 3 years from the date it is issued. No Show: We are very strict on ‘no shows’. If you don’t show up for the class, we’ll still charge you the full amount.
